Malanginspirasi.com – After three years of dedication to enhancing services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Omah Terapi Autis (OTA) is now opening opportunities for underprivileged families to access quality therapy. This initiative reflects OTA’s commitment to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder access to essential support for these children.
According to M. Cahyadi, founder of the Malang Autism Center, which manages OTA, the program utilizes the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approach, one of the most internationally recognized and effective therapeutic methods.
OTA provides intensive therapy sessions totaling 25 hours per week, aligning with international standards to ensure significant progress. Each session is conducted by professionally trained therapists who have undergone specialized training to meet the unique needs of children with ASD.
“Our aspiration is that although the services are not entirely free, we implement a pay-as-you-can system to ensure every child has access to therapy,” Cahyadi stated.
Furthermore, the Malang Autism Center offers subsidies to support families, ensuring that financial limitations do not obstruct children in need from receiving assistance.
Community members interested in registering their children can visit the link https://ota.malangautismcenter.com/ and must meet certain criteria, including coming from underprivileged families and residing in Malang Regency, Malang City, or Batu City (Malang Raya).
Following registration, each family will be scheduled for a home visit by the MAC team. This visit is more than a formality; it is a crucial step to understand the child’s environment and specific needs closely.
The assessment results from the home visit will form the basis for the final decision on whether the child qualifies to receive assistance from OTA. This program reflects OTA’s commitment to providing the best services for the welfare and development of underprivileged children with ASD.
Omah Terapi Autis invites the entire community to help spread this information, as every piece of good news can become the beginning of hope and a brighter future for children in need.
This program aims to ensure that children with ASD in Malang and its surrounding areas receive the support they require for a better future.
