EN.malanginspirasi.com – PT Pertamina (Persero) will send participants of the Mudik Bareng Pertamina 2026 program to various cities across Java Island on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
The program reflects Pertamina’s strong commitment to supporting smooth mobility for the public ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H while promoting safer, more efficient, and fuel-saving journeys.
Through this free mudik initiative, thousands of travelers will depart together by bus to 23 destination cities. In addition to offering comfort and security, the program is expected to help families complete their homecoming trips more affordably.
Efficient and Comfortable
Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina, Muhammad Baron, stated that Mudik Bareng Pertamina not only provides convenience for the community but also delivers positive safety impacts compared to traveling on overloaded motorcycles. The initiative further supports energy efficiency.
“With collective travel using mass transportation, the journey becomes more efficient, safe, comfortable, and helps save fuel consumption,” Baron said.
He added that the program also aligns with government directives to conserve fuel amid global energy dynamics.
“Traveling by shared vehicles reduces the number of private cars on the road, contributing to lower fuel consumption and helping ease traffic congestion during the Lebaran mudik period,” Baron explained.
