EN.malanginspirasi.com – The East Java Provincial Department of Manpower and Transmigration (Disnakertrans Jatim) continues to enhance human resource quality through the Millenium Job Center (MJC) program.
The program is now offering opportunities for young people to sharpen in-demand digital skills, particularly in video affiliate and host live shopping.
“This workshop is specifically designed to meet the needs of the modern job market, especially in the digital economy sector. The two main focuses — video affiliate and live shopping hosting — are increasingly sought after due to the rapid growth of e-commerce and social media platforms,” said Purwanti Utami, Head of the Job Placement and Employment Expansion Division at Disnakertrans Jatim, Thursday, March 26, 2026.
The workshop will be held in two batches:
- First batch: 14–16 April 2026
- Second batch: 19–21 May 2026
All sessions will take place at Aston Sidoarjo City Hotel & Conference Center in Sidoarjo, which provides complete facilities to support the training.
The organizing committee will also provide free accommodation and meals during the training so participants can focus fully on the program without any financial burden.

Participant Requirements:
- Aged between 18 and 35 years old
- Domiciled in East Java Province
- Have never participated in the Millenium Job Center program before
- Own a personal laptop
- Have basic skills in operating video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
Additionally, participants must not be currently enrolled in formal education (school or university). This requirement ensures the program is aimed at those who are ready to enter the workforce or wish to improve their practical, job-ready competencies.
Through this workshop, Disnakertrans East Java hopes to produce more competitive young talents in the digital economy era. The video affiliate and live shopping hosting skills are expected to open new job opportunities and strengthen the competitiveness of East Java’s youth in an increasingly tight job market.
