en.MalangInspirasi.com — The Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University (FP UB) held the 2026 Administrative and Financial Training for the Lembaga Kedaulatan Mahasiswa (LKM) or Student Sovereignty Institutions.
The training aims to improve the capacity of student organization administrators in administrative management and accountable financial management.
The Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Student Entrepreneurship of FP UB, Dr. Noer Rahmi Ardiarini, S.P., M.Si. attended the event on March 6, 2026.
All LKM administrators within the Faculty of Agriculture, UB, also attended the event as expert staff in student affairs assisted all trainees.
This training is a key component in fostering student organizations to ensure they are able to carry out their work programs professionally and in an orderly manner.

In her remarks, Dr. Noer stated that this activity aims to strengthen the competency of student organization administrators, particularly in managing the budget allocated by the university.
“This training can support the ability and competence of LKM administrators in managing the budget allocated by Brawijaya University. This is to ensure that every work program can be managed transparently, effectively, and responsibly,” she said.
She also emphasized that organizational experience plays a crucial role in shaping students’ character and leadership skills.
Furthermore, Dr. Noer stated that the measurement of student achievement is not only by academic achievement but also by their contributions and active involvement in organizations and social activities.
“Students don’t only obtain achievement academically, but also by their ability in organizational management and community service, especially to their fellow students,” she added.
Through this training, LKM administrators gained an understanding of organizational administration, activity report preparation, and financial management in accordance with Brawijaya University regulations.
The expectation of this activity is the LKM FP UB administrators can run student organizations in a more professional, orderly, and accountable manner.
Further, LKM FP UB can create various programs that have a positive impact on students and the campus environment.
