Meanwhile, it is responding to recent global energy price dynamics.
“To support national air connectivity, maintain the competitiveness of the aviation industry, and ensure the sustainability of energy supply for the air transportation sector, Pertamina Patra Niaga is adjusting domestic avtur prices, effective June 1, 2026,” said Roberth in an official statement on Sunday (May 31, 2026).

On average, the national price reduction for avtur in June 2026 reached 10 percent compared to May 2026.
For example, the price of avtur at the Soekarno-Hatta Aviation Fuel Terminal (AFT) (CGK) decreased from IDR 24,580 per liter to IDR 22,190 per liter.
Similar reductions also occurred at Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS), from IDR 26,190 to IDR 23,480 per liter, and at Kualanamu Airport (KNO), from IDR 25,720 to IDR 23,090 per liter.
Robert emphasized that the amount of reduction varies at each airport because the calculation formula still takes into account distribution and logistics factors in each region.
Price adjustments will take place periodically every month based on regulations from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the regulator.
The calculation refers to the average price of international publications, with the main reference being the average price of Singapore oil products, or Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) Kerosene/Jet, as a regional comparison, which throughout May 2026 showed a downward trend.
