Arema FC and PSBS Biak Share Spoils in Thrilling 2-2 Draw

The momentum shifted further in favor of PSBS Biak during injury time of the first half. In a goalmouth scramble following a corner kick, Alexsandro managed to find the back of the net, giving PSBS a 2-1 lead heading into the break.

The second half saw Arema adopting a more aggressive approach under coach Ze Gomes’ guidance. Their persistent efforts bore fruit in the 83rd minute when Salim Tuharea, assisted by Arkhan Fikri, equalized the score, ultimately resulting in a 2-2 draw.

The draw leaves Arema FC in 9th position in the league standings with 47 points. PSBS Biak sits just above them in 8th place with 48 points.
