en.malanginspirasi.com – Fox has officially unveiled the full-length trailer for its upcoming Baywatch reboot, offering a first look at the updated action ahead of the show’s planned January 2027 broadcast premiere.
The newly released preview highlights Stephen Amell in the central role of Hobie Buchannon, now serving as Captain of the lifeguard unit.
Amell steps into the shoes of the legacy character originally established as the son of iconic character Mitch Buchannon.

Alongside Amell and Belkin, the ensemble cast features Hassie Harrison as Nat, Shay Mitchell as Trna, Thaddeus LaGrone as Brad, Noah Beck as Luke, and Brooks Nader as Selene.
The series will also feature recurring appearances from Livvy Dunne, making her acting debut as Grace, alongside original series veteran David Chokachi, who returns to reprise his role as Cody Madison.

Originally debuting in 1989, Baywatch grew into a global television phenomenon, broadcast across more than 200 countries and drawing over a billion weekly viewers at its peak.
Beyond its television ratings, the original franchise played a significant role in shaping global beach culture and boosting Southern California tourism.
The modern incarnation aims to honor the original setup while updating the format for contemporary viewers.

The project was actively highlighted at the MIPCOM international television market in Cannes, where cast members Amell and Nader appeared to promote the series.
Showrunner and executive producer Matt Nix (Burn Notice, The Gifted) developed the project alongside director McG, who helmed the pilot episode.
The production team also includes executive producers Michael Berk, Greg Bonann, Doug Schwartz, Dante Di Loreto, and Mike Horowitz, with the team emphasizing the benefits of bringing a major production back to Los Angeles.
