Malnginspirasi.com – The Nusantara Flavor Heritage Festival (Festival Kuliner Warisan Rasa Asia Nusantara) at Malang City Point drew large crowds on Friday (14/11/2025). The culinary festival, which has been running since 12 November 2025, has become a new attraction for residents of Malang City. The event, which will continue until 18 November, features a lineup of legendary dishes, trending menus, and viral foods popular across various regions.
Since its opening on 12 November 2025, the festival—operating daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM—has been bustling with visitors. Many came to enjoy a variety of Nusantara specialties and Asian cuisines offered at the venue.
Dozens of culinary tenants fill the festival grounds, including Seblak Mamang Rafael, Haidilao Hotpot, Rak Thai Dessert, Mamitoko, Milop Dessert, and a range of iconic beverages and popular street snacks.
Diverse Array Of Culinary Delights
The diverse menu options make the festival an ideal destination for families, food enthusiasts, and visitors eager to try viral dishes without needing to travel outside the city.
One visitor, Echa from Blimbing, came with her family to try several dishes she had previously only seen on social media.
“I came here with my family. At first, I just wanted to buy Seblak Mamang Rafael, but the line was quite long. My husband ended up wanting to try somtam instead,” the mother of two said with a smile.
Besides being drawn to viral foods, Echa expressed her appreciation for the well-organized layout and variety of tenants.
“I like that the menus are so diverse, and the halal and non-halal booths are separated,” she added.
At the venue, long lines were seen at several booths, especially those trending on social media.
The atmosphere grew livelier with the aroma of spicy seasonings, hot broths, and sweet desserts filling the air.
