en.malanginspirasi.com – Toho has unveiled a new trailer for ‘Godzilla Minus Zero’, the highly anticipated follow-up to the Oscar-winning ‘Godzilla Minus One’.
The new footage offers a closer look at the film’s story while introducing several new characters joining the returning cast.
Directed by Takashi Yamazaki, ‘Godzilla Minus Zero’ is set in 1949, two years after the events of ‘Godzilla Minus One’.
Japan is still recovering from the destruction and trauma of World War II when Godzilla emerges once again, threatening a country struggling to rebuild itself.
The film brings back several key cast members from the previous installment.
Ryunosuke Kamiki returns as Koichi Shikishima, while Minami Hamabe reprises her role as Noriko Shikishima.
Also returning are Hidetaka Yoshioka as Kenji Noda, Yuki Yamada as Shiro Mizushima, Kuranosuke Sasaki as Seiji Akitsu, Sakura Ando as Sumiko Ota and Miou Tanaka as Tatsuo Hotta.
The sequel also expands its cast with several new characters.
Min Tanaka joins the film as Kanji Murakami, a biologist whose experiences during the war have left him deeply affected.
Masami Nagasawa plays Makoto Aoyama, a weather forecaster working for the Disaster Response Bureau.

The movie is scheduled to open in Japan on November 3, 2026, followed by a North American theatrical release on November 6. It will also have its world premiere at the New York Film Festival on September 26.
