en.malanginspirasi.com – President Prabowo emphasized that the success of producing B50 has had a real impact on the national economy by reducing diesel imports.
“Yesterday, we successfully started production, starting the construction of one of the largest gas blocks in our region after 28 years of stalling. We have revived it. Previously, we succeeded in becoming the first country in the world to produce B50. We are now producing diesel from palm oil,” said the President in his remarks at the Simultaneous Harvest event at Abdulrachman Saleh Air Force Base, Malang Regency, East Java Province, Friday, July 17th.
According to the President, amidst global challenges full of uncertainty, Indonesia has been able to maintain its economic condition while accelerating development in several sectors.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the success of producing B50 has had a real impact on the national economy by reducing diesel imports.
He also outlined further steps to strengthen energy independence through the development of bioethanol-based fuels.

“Earlier, the officials said we could reach E20, but we need a factory. We only have one factory. I decided earlier that we will build at least 30 factories. If necessary, up to 50 factories. India already has E20. India already has E20. Brazil already has E100. How can Indonesia not do it? Indonesia can, right? It can. It can,” he continued.
Besides energy, the President also expressed great optimism about the capabilities of the national industry.
In the near future, the government will launch a national electric motorcycle as part of efforts to build a domestic automotive industry ecosystem.
“We will have motorcycles made by Indonesians, we will have cars made by Indonesians,” said the President.
The President also cited the successful development of the national defense industry, which is now widely used by the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri). This success, the President continued, is also reflected in the achievements of Indonesian soldiers who have won international shooting competitions using domestically produced weapons.
“We won 12 consecutive matches. They made the rules, they refereed them. Because of their techniques, but we won 12 times. We used weapons made by Indonesian children, our assault rifles, our pistols. Our SO is ours,” explained the President.
Based on this optimism, the President also invited all citizens to continue cultivating the spirit of nation-building.
